Veggie Stir Fry

Allie and I have been going back and forth all week about what we should make for dinner on Friday. Pasta, mexican, pizza? Then in a stroke of genius we got it: stir fry. We combined the veggies we had in our fridges, bought some organic ginger sauce and were ready to go.

while others of us supervised. An equally important job in my opinion. 






It might not be the prettiest of dinners but don't let that fool you. It was Amazing (notice the capital A). The ginger sauce was fantastic and has about 1/3 of the sodium of soy sauce, which we just used as an excuse to nom down on biscuits with our tea. 
Deeeelicious and perfect for a fall night!
