One Pot Pasta

Am I the only who got to relax for the first time all week last night? The entire week I was running around, going to meetings, or buried in a massive amount of reading. That meant my meals were limited to cereal, handfuls of pretzels, spoonfuls of peanut butter, and quick salads. A bit better than the college diet of ramen but not much.
So with an empty belly and much determination I took to Pintrest and decided to try out Martha Stewart's one pot pasta.  

It's beyond simple to make. 
Boil your pasta 6 minutes less than al dente then add your broccoli florets. 

Drain the pasta then put it back in the pot. 
Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and a good amount of parmasean.

Grace made the same thing but with shrimp instead of veg. 





It's delicious, easy, and (are you listening? This is a big statement) a way better dinner than a spoonful of peanut butter.
