Cinnamon Apples

Confession: I love dessert. Dessert after dinner, lunch, breakfast, dessert by itself. 
Obviously this poses a slight problem. Therefore, I am always on the hunt for healthy sweets to fill my dessert cravings. This is a new favorite - cinnamon apples. I found the recipe on Pintrest the other day and it reminded me of apple pie, so I had to try it out. 


You take an apple - I chose Gala - and slice it up. 




Put it in a microwavable bowl and drizzle about 1/3 cup of water over them.
Cover the top of the bowl and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. 


Drain the water from the bowl and sprinkle cinnamon over them. 




Eat while still warm and feel guilt free!
